These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Anthony de Grey Trellises Ltd T/A Anthony de Grey Garden Lighting, of Broadhinton Yard, 77A North Street, London SW4 0HQ, registered in England and Wales No. 3528568 ("the Supplier"). No alteration or substitution of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless agreed in writing.

Products:

• All products conform to British and EU standards
• All products are manufactured by vetted sources in accordance with current legislation at time of purchase.
• Dimensions, wattages, descriptions and finishes are given as a guide only to assist the consumer and therefore do not constitute a legally binding contract.
• Lamps are included with all products.

Orders

• All orders received via the website will be acknowledged in writing. This acknowledgement does not confirm whether or not the items are in stock.
• The goods will be despatched as soon as possible after acceptance of your order unless we advise you differently.
• No contract exists with the Supplier until goods are charged to your credit or debit card.
• The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the Supplier's website at the time you place your order.
• Goods will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. If that address is outside the UK an extra postage charge will be payable. Please ask for details.

Methods of Payment:

• Credit/Debit card via the Website. You will be asked for a few details that we need in order to be able to satisfy the order. Then your encrypted details will be sent to our secure server. Goods will not be despatched until payment is authorised.
• Credit card details given by telephone, fax or e-mail.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch.
• Cheque made payable to Anthony de Grey Garden Lighting. Goods will not be despatched until the cheque is cleared.
• All prices given on the website are in £sterling and are exclusive of VAT at 17.5%
• The Supplier will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless the Supplier is negligent, the Supplier will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Shipping:

• Goods will normally be received by you within 7 working days of your order being accepted, unless we inform you otherwise.
• If goods are out of stock we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date.
• Time shall not be of the essence and we shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery.

Postage and delivery charges:

• For all orders over the value of £750 before VAT, delivery is £40.00. Orders of less than £750 before VAT incur a delivery charge of £20.00.
• Prices for delivery to Europe are available on application

Title and Risk

• Risk of damage to or loss of goods shall pass to you at the time the goods leave our premises for delivery, whether or not we arrange such delivery.
• Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until the Supplier has received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of the goods, and all other sums which are or which become due to the Supplier from you on any account.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• All products carry a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee from the date of delivery of the goods, provided that the fixture has not been installed or modified in any way and is returned in its original packaging complete with lamps and any other parts supplied. In this event written notice of cancellation must be sent to us at the e-mail, fax or postal address set out at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
• We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria.
• Goods must be returned at the expense of the customer by recorded delivery requiring signature.
• Goods returned for reasons relating to a fault will be replaced and returned to the consumer at no cost as long as they conform to the relevant criteria.
• We shall reimburse any sum paid by you within 30 days of the notice of cancellation being given.

Faulty Goods:

• Any damages, faults or shortages must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. The Supplier can not accept responsibility after this period
• Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or payment refunded in full in accordance with the consumer's requirements.
• In the first instance, faulty goods must be returned at the expense of the customer by recorded delivery requiring signature.
• Anthony de Grey Garden Lighting will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electrician's fees, time taken from place of employment etc.

Warranty:

• All products with the exception of lamps (light bulbs) carry a 1 year return to base warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• In the event of a fault, the product will be repaired or replaced according to the nature of the fault.
• The warranty applies to electrical components only and is void if deemed that the fitting has been incorrectly fitted or suffered abuse in a manner not intended for the purpose for which it was supplied.

Installation:

• All products must be installed by a qualified electrician.
• Please note that lights become hot when they are on and site them with this in mind.
• Incorrect installation can deem warranty void. (See warranty).
• We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect installation.
• Installation accessories such as screws and Rawlplugs etc. are not supplied.
• We provide no warranty as to the suitability of the goods for the purpose for which they were purchased, regardless of whether we have been informed of the intended purpose.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
